  To use this order form, you must print & mail it to Victory with full payment in cash (no checks, please; checks will be destroyed since it costs several dollars to return them.
  If you must use a money order, add $10.00 to the total since my bank charges me for any non-U.S. money order.
  Do not request return receipt or confirmation - this will delay your order by 1 week. Do not use registered mail or any other method which requires a signature causing me to waste an hour waiting at the Post Office. Only 2 forms of shipment by U.S. Postal Service “First-Class Mail International” (air-mail, par avion) are available: a strong tear-proof Tyvek envelope (least expensive), or a corrugated cardboard box (strongest). All sales are final after 10 days.
