To use this order form, you must mail it to Victory
with full payment by Postal or bank money order, or cash in U.S. dollars (no checks, please; checks will be returned), payable as follows: "Victory Library". Any other endorsement will
be returned. Do not use registered mail or any other method which require a signature, causing me to waste an hour waiting at the Post Office.
Only 2 forms of shipment by U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail are available: a
strong tear-proof Tyvek envelope (least expensive), or a corrugated
