To use this order form, you must mail it to Victory
with full payment by Postal or bank money order (no checks, please; checks will be returned), payable as follows: "Victory Library". Any other endorsement will
be returned. Do not use registered mail or any other method which require a signature, causing me to waste an hour waiting at the Post Office.
Only 2 forms of shipment by U.S. Postal Service 1st Class Mail are available: a
strong tear-proof Tyvek envelope (least expensive), or a corrugated
cardboard box (strongest). All sales are final after 10 days. New York State residents must pay Sales Tax, already added to the prices shown below. Canadian & foreign orders:

Multiple purchases: deduct $1.00 from the final price for every extra copy or title shipped by envelope or $2.00 for every extra copy or title shipped by box. Order 2 booklets by envelope: deduct $1.00; order 3 booklets by box: deduct $4.00 etc.
