   You must request a postage quote before making payment: sales(@)victorylibrary.com. You pay the projected actual postage + a packing and handling charge of $2.00. You MUST make FULL payment WITH THIS ORDER by Postal or bank money order (no checks, no credit cards), payable in U.S. Dollars exactly as follows: "Bank of America". ANY OTHER ENDORSEMENT WILL BE RETURNED. If you have not included sufficient payment for material or postage, an item will be deducted from your order.
   You will be charged the ACTUAL postage for your order, overpayment will be shown as credit (refunded promptly if you wish). Absolutely NO CODs.

. Print neatly & clearly in the boxes below: your NAME & ADDRESS, quantity desired, part number, complete description of the product (including oversize,etc.) price each, and total price. Indicate how much money (US dollars only) you have enclosed.
   ALL orders will be sent by U.S. Postal Service ONLY. Where practical (on small packages), Air Parcel Post will be used to save you money. Large, heavy items may not be mailable (see comment "+F" below). ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 10 DAYS.
